We think that our social and economic structures are fundamentally changing. The Old is dying, and the New is growing. Just as Deborah Frieze explains it in her TED Talk.

In our Social Permaculture Design work we build on her two-loop model. We recognize that old structures are often not sufficient anymore, they are collapsing and are to be abandoned. How do we join the new ones? How do we create ones? These are the topics that we cover in our trainings.

We think that it is important to address all the issues and topics shown in the Flower of Permaculture. It is especially important as Europe is ageing, and we are facing a care crisis among other crises. Consciously ageing people are better off when comprehensively approaching all these issues, and the Social Permaculture Desing framework is a perfect tool to do just that.
